  Section 25.3 - Ambulance Fees
  Officers and their eligible dependents and retirees and their spouses will be exempt from fees for emergency medical services performed by the Chicago Fire Department.
- Medical Services & Benefits
  - Members should be aware that the current agreement between the FOP and the City exempts members and eligible dependents and retirees and their spouses from CFD ambulance fees. Members must contact Unit 123 (Human Resources) at (312) 745-5310 or email the waiver to ambulancewaivers@chicagopolice.org.
